Looking for payment processor MoTo high volume

I have a telesales floor, UK registered and were having huge problems wit payment processors, we have had multiple virtual terminals as we need CNP payments, high volume and little to know chargebacks yet seem to keep getting terminated for bullshit reasons. Anyone know a good solution/provider for our needs?

20-30k month, UK only customers we do have very short processing history as it got terminated for some bs t&c

what's CNP payment?
 
no it means the merchant is keying in the credit card numbers to process a payment on a virtual terminal
