What cloaking plugin you were using?
How was your cloaking setup?

I am also using paypal with cloaking and working fine for me. Might be a issue on your side on how you setup cloaking.

Do you use Personal Paypal accounts for the cloaking ?

I am using a stripe rental service. They manage all payments and payout me 2 times a week. They provide only Cards payment for IPTV. For other business like replica they seem provide Paypal as well.
So far everything is ok except for 15% fee .

Rental can work short-term, but most setups burn fast - especially if you don’t control the flow, docs, or frontend. Stripe or Paypal will flag mismatched activity sooner or later. The setups that actually last use full stacks: real entity, filtered layers, clean front.
If you're pushing real volume, building a proper structure pays off, I've had experience with multiple setups that worked in the long run.

The setup you are recommending would cost alot for someone who has just started in high risk so for that kind of guy rental would work until he makes enough profit to get the setup which you recommending.
