Looking for partners opening seo biz

I have been doing seo for a long time and now want to crate a biz.
I have all the tools needed for it and want to open an office overseas with 5-10 people working on SEO parts. I am looking for a partner who has knowledge in SEO and can find leads. I have lived in other country for 14 years and do have family there. The labor there will cost anywhere between $500 to $700 per month working full time.

Why cant i do it myself? I recently got hired as a ........... manager in ........., so my hands are tied up and i dont have too much time.

So having 10 clients would already pay for about 5-6 workers + office space. The more customers we get, the more we make.
