Hey everyone, not sure if this is the right thread or not so if its in the wrong one lmk or please move it.
Im possibly looking for a partner for a new site. I got a keyword today I think can be very lucrative for a new product that is coming out. I already bought an EMD .net and have hosting.
Im looking for someone that can
1. Help with SEO (whitehat methods)
2. Help provide content.
3 Anything else that will help make us both money
so whats in it for you?
Ill split any profit from the site 50/50.
I paid for the EMD. I paid for the Hosting, you help me make the site big and ill gladly share the profit

can you please explain to me whats white hat seo? making 1000's of backlinks from hand? is that it? Im confused

Wouldn't it be more like building actual quality links (no type of spam whatsoever)

and then hopefully your page gets spread around through social network, and people that actually like your page to link to
 
BTW, how if you're asking how would u know you're getting paid and i wont be ripping you off? I will gladly give screenshots of google analytics/adsense/ amazon or the ppc accnt I would be using to make the money with at any time requested. payments would be sent via paypal

Well let me hijack the thread for a moment...

I'll buy all of the EMD's and hosting needed to make a bunch of money. I'll split any profits with anyone who can make the site profitable!

Wait a minute... wouldn't it make more sense for you to spend the $20 bucks on the EMD and hosting yourself and keep 100% of the profit? Yeah, thought so.

What your partner does
- Builds Site
- Writes SEO Articles
- Ranks Site

Actually if you would of read my first post you would see I said "help with SEO" and "help with content". I don't expect the partner to be completely responsible for making it profitable.
I'm looking for help, you know the old saying 2 heads are better than 1? But thanks for your super useful post.
 
To be clear, since some people think this is some sort of underhanded deal to get someone to do all the work for me while I reap the profit, ill clear some things up
I can and will build the site
I have no problem ranking for keywords ( I am currently ranking on page 1 of google for another site of mine)
The reason im looking for a partner is that once the product is launched it will be highly competitive
I will need help creating natural back links
I will need help creating original content.
Hope this clears things up.

hmmmm.. to much work for partner and how many exact searches per month.. don't tell me it is less than 1500 :)
