Looking for partner who creates niche/micro sites!

I have worked very hard to develop and create systems for website promotion. So far I have worked with clients on their websites to do promotion.

Now, I am looking for a skilled JV partner who currently owns and is making niche/micro sites. These sites can be based on affiliate products, clickbank products, CPA, adsense... it doesn't matter as long as it is a focused site that can be promoted through specific keywords.

I will use my website promotion techniques on your website for target keywords. We will then track the keywords' position in Google and any increases in traffic/sales.
