Looking for partner to create a file sharing website

Hi, I have a steady access to files, for the purpose of this post lets say its songs.

I want to create a website that shares this content periodically, and try to monetize in same vein as, for example: https://switch-xci.com/ (this website shares nintendo switch games, am just putting an example).

As you can see they have several revenue streams like redirects until you get te correct url to download, pop ups, probably from the file hosting like 1fichier they also get a cut, etcetera.

I want somebody that has knowledge of such revenue streams, web dev knowledge, no dmca hosting knowledge, etcetera, so between my content and efforts, and your web and revenue knowledge and efforts, we try to create a profitable website.
