I am looking to hire part time writers. *Please note you will not be given work right away*
I own an affordable content writing service nativepens.c.o.m (Remove unnecessary dots.)
I will be collecting samples from writers and choosing my team over the next few days.
Keep in mind the pay will not be large as we are an affordable writing service. On larger orders you will be given tips and bonus'.
The work you need to provide has to meet the standards of NativePens.
PM me or skype me for more information and to apply.
Thanks.

I honestly think no one would want to be paid for $2.50-3 for a 500 word article. Just my .02

I think a lot of Pakistanis will work for that....on the other hand I don't know if this meats "standards of NativePens". whatever that is.

The lower the price, the crappier the articles become :)
Good luck!

Just a word of warning, at that price yes you'll get writers but it won't be the best quality so I'd take a few samples first before employing the writers and review articles when initially selling them.

Good Luck!

I am taking samples! The price isn't much at the moment but that is because my budget at the moment is small as I only have a small amount of customers! As that grows so will by budget! :)

That's a good idea build up a loyal customer and work base, then slowly increase your prices claiming higher quality content:p

You'd be surprised... A lot of 3rd world countries consider that average.

3rd world countries do not have sufficient, or any access to the internet not to mention poor English and no education. Why would they need a bank account also?

standards of NativePens --lol

You're looking for native English writers (so likely US-based) working for below minimum wage (because a 500-1000 word article should take an hour to two with proper research, writing, and proofing and your cost is only $5-9.50, meaning the worker gets a fraction of that.) and want top-notch quality. That's just disrespectful to your workers.

If you don't have the budget to expand and treat your workers fairly, then you shouldn't be hiring in the first place. Like someone else said, that's standard for third-world countries. You're clearly looking for first-world workers, so you better be damn ready to pay out first-world wages.

I may have not made it very clear in this thread. But all the money I am making from this business is going into the business. I will be raising pay etc when I can afford to and the writers I have spoke to are in it for the long term. I will gradually raise their pay as and when I can. Thanks for your thoughts though.

The carrot in front of the mule trick doesn't work for long; soon the mule figures out he'll never get the carrot and quits working.

Promises of pay increases when you make more money are along the same lines as the carrot in front of the mule.

Your writers aren't interested in a JV with your business as you want them to be.

Good luck with your business plan but you better have a backup plan.

Apparently, there are very good writer from 3rd world countries that I have worked with. There is internet connection and many bank accounts among other major modes of payment. You don't need to be native speaker from USA to write.

Native Pens content you will get great writers at that price.

I'll send you a PM as I completely understand your reasoning, and I do believe you'll raise the rate as soon as you can afford it.
A 500-word article requires an hour's research and composing, so we all know how much it is really worth. You obviously need to work with what you have at the moment, and those who are insulted by the offer should simply ignore the thread.
