Looking for Paid advice about copyrights

I have huge facebook pages Of sexy girls nice.
If somebody complain facebook that i am using there private pics on my facebook page
and ultimately send cease and desist letter to facebook.. facebook will ban\block\delete my page?
i can get sued?
i dont care loosing my fb page or account but about sue'ing i am
there is chance..?
The copyright owner will sue facebook because it is posted on facebook and it is host. And then later in court facebook will give my address then i have used it without permission.
if somebody is experienced I can pay for the right advice.
BHW members please suggest any member which is experienced in such. I will choose him for paid advice

i doubt very much if they'd bother to sue you. They'll just get facebook to remove the pics. I wouldn't lose sleep over it

If you want to pay for the right legal advice then I suggest contacting a Lawyer/Solicitor.

My non professional opinion is that yes, you could be sued but that it is unlikely, unlikely but not impossible.

Facebook can ban your page if it gets too many complains that Facebook considers valid.

That is why I suggest some businesses to use an anonymous account.

To avoid lawsuits.
