I have some programming experience in the past, but have not written any code for about 10 years now.

I'm hoping to find other people who are interested in learning python and working on a project. Honestly have not decided on a project, but wanting to write something that would be useful and help us learn.

    Anyone interested? Let me know.

Hey, I would love to work together on a project to learn from.

I want to eventually learn perl, c#, php, and mysql. But I've read python is a great language to begin with.

I read you don't have a project in mind yet, do you have any idea what sort of thing may be interesting? I'll do some searching and see if I can find anything interesting to suggest.

Any difference between python and perl mechanize?
I like Perl and know my way round mechanize for that, just wanted to know if there was a big difference.
