I need someone that can comment on various blogs & forums in my niche. Being in overall niche is fine (health), but the closer you can get to the subject, the better.

• You need to read what the post is about & reply with a quality on topic comment with decent English
• I DO NOT care about the PR of the site or the page you are commenting on or n0foll0w/d0foll0w
• I DO care about the quality of the site you are commenting on, so it has to be a quality site, with quality content
• You can comment on the same site several times
• You will have to use your judgement whether to use a keyword for name or not, as a matter of fact I want you to use names in the name field pretty often, if you can provide a URL from my site as a reference, do so, otherwise don't worry about it, just use the domain in the your domain or signature field
• Absolutely NO comments from any spammy page, autoapprove garbage with 100s of links needs to be avoided at all costs

You will need to provide a list of URLs you commented on. If your comment was held for moderation, it's absolutely fine. Provide the URL. If you provide good comments, most of them will be approved anyways.

I need this recurring every month, not exactly sure how many, I'm thinking about a hundred a week. I even encourage coming back to the same sites after a while & posting on them again with the same user. I pretty much need someone who can mimic the behavior of a regular user.
