Looking for online (browser-based) set-and-forget Twitter follow bot. Does such a service exist?

I don't have the computer power or time to download and run a twitter bot.

Anyone know a service that you pay for and they host the bot and provide you an interface to manage it?

I need to set it to follow (and unfollow) followers of another user and RT tweets based on hashtags, basic stuff.

There's robolike.com which seems right but it doesn't follow, only like.
