Looking for On Page/Technical SEO expert to recover from Algorithm Penalty

Hi all,

I am looking for an On Page/Technical SEO expert to help me recover my site from an algorithm Google penalty in March.

I have attached my site's stats according to GSC in the last 6 months.

One is my site's overall status and the second is for my main keyword. My position has completely plummeted for my main keyword.

I have added a significant amount of quality backlinks, and have seen some improvements, but marginal ones, so it doesn't seem like backlinks are the issue.
