I need some OLD ebay accounts.... should have 10 feedbacks & minimum 1 year old..! should have over 98% Positive rating..! As well it should't have selling limits

eBay is going to treat old accounts with minimal sales history as new accounts

I thought asking for or selling ebay accounts is not allowed ? Something changed in the last few month ?
