[LOOKING FOR] Offshore Merchant / Billing Processor

I am looking for an offshore merchant billing processor. Obviously I can google "offshore merchant" however this yields me tons of results and gives no credibility to who they are.

If anybody has worked with an offshore credit card processor/billing processor for an extended period of time and can consider them "reputable" please hit me up. I'm interested in a recommendation.

hi cyp. try gspay. i've had a few friends use it for some sites that were considered "high risk". not sure what you're going to use if for, but if you're going to bank wire the payments to an offshore account as well, their minimum is $4000.

the rates are also competitive across the board. no setup fee.

I saw them when I was searching around... But the $4k minimum for wire made me turn away. They look good otherwise tho.

1-2k/mo to start. Offshore Bulletproof Hosting.

I have already ran across some gateways that consider offshore/bp hosting "high risk". It's probably due to the crowd it will attract - Fraud and Chareback attempts would be high I would assume.
