Hi I am looking for a hosting provider for a cracks/serials site not full blown warez but basically alot of keygens/serials with content locker im looking for the cheapest solution possible but uptime is a must because it doesn't matter how cheap it is if I can't use it .

Also could some recommend a cheap place to get private registration for domains

Many warez sites just upload to rapidshare or some file hosting site and then post download links. Also a disclaimer: "NO SH*T IS HOSTED IN OUR SERVERS, WE TAKE THIS PUBLIC LINKS FROM PUBLIC SOURCES" or something in those words.
 
Oh yeah I plan to host all the files somewhere else I just want a offshore host incase I get a dmca notice or something.

@ sikandar i contacted privatelayer and they looked good but the sales lady said they don't allow any copyrighted content

can anybody help me with this I have everything else for the traffic setup I just need to get hosting that will allow crack under a content locker ( not hosted on the site just links to the sites) and a movie site also where the best place to buy private domain registration i got one from netfirms but I don't know if that's truly private.
