Looking for offers that pay per click, but are NOT contextual

Hi guys, I am running some tests and I want to know if any of you know offers that pay per click BUT they are not contextual, meaning you insert a code and ads will appear like Adsense, I need offers that give you URLs like some digital directories that pay you per click and the URL shorters, any other offers, partners or networks that do this? some of the advertising networks even buy the traffic in bulk, those are welcome as well as long as you receive the links, any advice or comments are welcome.

It's not an "offer" per se but Adsterra offer a direct link ads option in their publisher accounts. I actually use it as a very lazy trafficback when purchasing pop-unders. I don't think you'll make a profit if you directly link the adsterra direct link to a pop-under source (I only get about ~30% of the traffic cost back, hence my use of it as a trafficback for other offers), but if you just need a good trafficback then it's worth it.

Hi, thanks for the answer, so you use this adsterra link, and send pop-under traffic, you only used it when people click the "back" button" and you get only 30% of what you paid in the pop-under?

So basically pays 30% of the cost of the pop-under click?

Not when they click the back button necessarily. A trafficback is just a place to send traffic that *didn't* convert with your original offer.

In my case, using Adsterra's smart direct link as a trafficback managed to get me 30% of my money back (so for every $10 I'd spend in pop-under for my original CPA offer, I would receive $3 from Adsterra)

That's why I don't use it as a primary offer (because it only has a 30% ROI) but using it as a trafficback on an already profitable offer means I can make some extra money.

TL;DR: 30% ROI, so only use as a trafficback

That's a neat strategy, I think I'll need to learn more about back methods. Can you have only one source or can you use multiple of those like 2 or 3?

Going back about ten years, there was a small number of Affiliate Offers that paid per click; as you can imagine, the "smart" affiliates ruined that for the rest of us! lol

It looks like you want to find a Short Link tool that pays per click.

Here are a few of the bigger players you can test out.

Why aren't you sending traffic directly? buying pop-unders and sending them there directly? IF you are doing money as an alternative to your main paid source, I do not see why you wouldn't make money via pop-unders, explain, please.

Don't go with adsterra they banned my account.I'm doing the same thing u want to try. I'm using now hilltopads they also have direct link that u can promote and get paid based on cpm

I don't think there are any pay per click offers nowadays. The offers that come closest to being called pay per click is ad.fly and other link shorteners but the visitor have to go through several steps before being counted as a paid visitor.
