Title says it all really.
I'm posting this here as in most of the places I have checked, specifically mention having a scraper on the VPS is against their TOS.
I'd rather not get hosting for a month and then be banned.
So I'm looking for an off-shore hosting VPS for a scraper built in PHP. Does not need a control panel.
Ideally I would like this hosted outside of the US/EU.
I need PHP 5/Mysql 5.
Let me know what you have, oh and if you are going to recommend then let me know if you have done scraping in the past, thanks!
