Looking for NON-AWS Residential Proxies for Banking

Hello BHW Community,

I'm looking for recommendations on high-quality residential proxy providers
with the following requirements:

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

NO AWS Infrastructure - I need proxies that don't route through
Amazon Web Services (I've tested and AWS-routed proxies are blocked
by banking platforms)
Banking & Financial Services Compatible - Must work with:
- Wise (TransferWise)
- Payoneer
- Major banks and payment platforms
- No blocked sites or restrictions on financial services

Minimum 1 GB Purchase - I need to start small, not commit to 10+ GB packages

4Reliability - Must have:
- Good uptime (95%+)
- Decent support
- Not blacklisted IPs
- Proven track record

5. Affordable - Preferably under $5/GB

WHAT I'VE TESTED & REJECTED:

- Thordata - Blocked by financial platforms (AWS infrastructure detected
via X-Amzn-Trace-Id headers)
- Smartproxy/Decodo - Explicitly blocks banking sites (stated in FAQ)
- Generic cloud proxies - All fail with banks

QUESTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY:

1. Have you tested residential proxies with Wise, Payoneer, or banks?
Which ones actually work?

2. How do I verify a proxy provider is NOT using AWS? Any technical
tests I should run?

3. Are ISP Proxies the only solution? Or can good residential proxies
work too?

4. Recommendations? Which providers do you trust for financial operations?

I've had success with DataImpulse so far, but I'm open to other suggestions.
Looking for proven options before scaling up.
