Looking for niche site - $300

I need clickbank review site. I know there are many seller selling niche site on the marketplace but i don't want to purchase from them because most of the site are either cheap & crap or selling at an unreasonably high price. So i am looking for freelancer who can create a visually attractive clickbank niche site with complete on site seo. So for this project i am looking for someone who has experienced in designing website and also knows the seo quite well. So let me make it very clear what i am looking for:
- visually attractive web design (eg. www dot mypregnancymiracleguide dot org , www dot howtoconceivea-girl dot com)
- at least 5 high quality articles
- home, privacy policy, contact us
- 5 easy well researched easy to rank keywords
- exact domain match base on main keyword
- royalty free images
- complete onsite seo optimization

Please note i will make the payment after completion of each step.
Step1: 5 easy to rank keywords research with EMD for main keyword - release $50 after completion of Step1
Step2: web design + articles + on page optimization - release $250 after completion of Step2 (i will pay $50 extra on top of $300 after completion of Step1 & Step2 if the overall work is outstanding)
Step3(optional): ranking the 5 keywords each month(only white hat seo) - $150

Both sites above are using pre-made wp templates and is not very attractive too

The OP list of specifics is very thought out, though not completely wise. One can do EMD selection, for example, but it is widely understood that new exact domains are a red flag (an aged/expired domain with a non-exact, but branding-friendly title is is much better).

And doing "complete" onpage SEO, given there are up to 200 ranking factors, can be a recipe for getting an over-optimization penalty. Dealing with the top 10 onpage elements is sufficiently "complete" for the purposes of easily ranking pages while still looking "natural." And yes, $300 is the bottom of the scale rate for full SEO services, though the OP does offer an additional quote for ongoing linking work. I'll PM my standard offer.
