next week i want to concentrate on getting more traffic to my site i currently use facebook google plus myspace you tube yahoo ansers news papers anybody got any idears for more for good traffic in the same way

Yes I agree, start by optimizing your site for the target keywords. Then start building links in the target keywords as the anchor text. You will see a lot better results if you optimize pages first. A little attention will go a long way.

I know about blogs and tagged i get little bit and pieces from them had not heard of badoo but thank you i found Hotfrog and manged to get a bit traffic from them staight away so thought i would share it

use google reader for updates, work on your seo with special focus on
backlinks and keywords (use adwords) and increase your social network list
