We have been live for 8 years and never had any issues with our processor. Some of you may be aware that CB Surety (that's who we were using) was just charged federally for fraud and well, we don't have a processor as of earlier this week. Our chargeback rate is almost zero as we provide excellent customer service. Please let me know what solutions you may have.
