Looking for Network with Mobile Offers

What's your recommendation for networks with mobile offers such that a potential user is given a choice by the offer to install for iPhone or Android?

My traffic is mostly mobile and over 80% female from Pinterest. I want to test app installs.

There are a lot of Ad networks that you can work with , just search on google like"Top mobile ad networks 2020" and you will see tons...
You can also sell your traffic through RTB (real time bidding) platforms for the higher bidder. If you have any Q don't hesitate ping me.

OGAds is by far the best mobile network out there. The CPI rates are great.

Not sure if it allows you to run "regular" banner ads and such, I've only used it for content locking purposes.

If you are looking for incent offers you maybe right but do remember that for non incent offer the payouts much higher .
Because the non incent user more loyal and engage more then incent user. But not every one have the time or the patience to push their site/app unique users and in that case incent may be the best way.

I recommend admaven as a network to monetize mobile traffic, even easier to get into their platform and good support.
