Looking for network for anime content

My channel is not monetized and i am just starting.


Question is if there is a network that let people use copyrighted material and also if is a must to have the channel monetized for a network? if not then they can take all the money, but i want a network that can help me grow a lot.

Anyone have?

there it's no such thing you need to get in a network undercover : with legit content then change your content to anime after you are in network.
