If you are just looking for basic stuff like posters pictures actors etc you can use omdb api, if you are looking for embed codes for streaming movies then probably best solution is to hire someone to make you script for Scrapping from some other site, or you can build it by yourself if you know some programming language. Only problem with this is that those embeds will probably contain ads.

I'm not sure cuz I'm not into that but you could ask some freelancers, only for movies shouldn't be expensive as it is easy to write and store in json but for TV Shows should be a little bit more complicated as you need to save each episode and season different, don't forgot you also need script for adding all those movies/tv shows from json (or some other type of file) to the data base.

go to http://www.stremio.com ive been watching movies and tv series for over 5 years and it has all the movies that you can search or ever hurd of even the ones on cinema's , you can watch them or stream them all for free with no fees ,, it has alot of content and has a category for every thing ..
