Looking for motivated partners for create a great Forex broker

Im looking for motivated people (with experience if possible) to create a Forex broker. I have been in the niche since 2010 and i want do something great, we can do some millions in this billionaire niche. Im interested in find people that can bring a lot of traffic and people with a call center.
I put money, know-how, connections,etc....

Either way, it seems you will need Alot of startup capital unless you are working through another broker
