Looking for Mother/Child Service for Instagram

Hi, first time poster, long time lurker. I'm looking for a service to provide Instagram engagement, specifically the Mother-Child method. I've tried many other engagement strategies (follow/unfollow, engagement pods, buying likes, advertising) with varying degrees of limited success. This is the only method I haven't tried yet.

I own a fashion jewelry line. All my photos are original and good (IMO). I have purchased followers. Currently I have very low engagement per post, so I supplement with 'power likes'.

Like many others I've seen my engagement decline over the last few years. I collaborate with influencers, I run giveaways, I sometimes advertise with IG, but still my engagement is low (currently around 30 likes per post). I'm pretty sure I'm on IG's watch list due to my mentioned tactics I've used.

So I'd like to try this method. Serious replies only please. This is a long-running business account and I have budget that I'm willing to spend / month.
