Why not a youtube channel about medical school? Payment might be an issue but even if you can't make money from paypal you can use it to funnel to other sources like download a course etc. Could use something besides YouTube like Instagram, tiktok etc. What country are you in btw? There can be advantages and disadvantages and being in a developing country if you can take advantages of those that can help. Like cheap labor locally if you find something that works that more people can do you can do that. Being in school could help if there are other programs besides medicine at your school like maybe some business majors or computer science majors. Feel free to contact me I might have some better suggestions if I knew more about your situation like country that would make a big difference.
