Looking for monetization advice on uSearchIt.com

I have been able to monetize my site, uSearchIt.com, pretty well but I would like some advice on how to squeeze as much out of it as possible.

Preferrably not to get banned from adsense but I am not opposed to using a little blackhat to drive some traffic to the site.

Anyone have some suggestions?

I am currently using Spottt.com traffic sharing but it seems to be little on the lame side.
