Looking for mobile CPI tool

I am looking for some mobile CPI tool which can secretly generate clicks, download and install mobile apps automatically. This may be some scripts or some wordpress plugins so I can install on my money site. Something like this in the http://thehackernews.com/2015/11/android-malware-auto-install.html is what I want.
