Looking for method to re-publish unpublished pages.

I know that there was a merge glitch that worked for this, but I think it has since been patched. Does anyone else know anyway to get unpublished pages back? I will pay money for details.

Have the page of the same name. Then merge that page with a 3-5 like community page.
Then some how it glitches and lets you merge the page with the lower likes. Performing a photoshopped gasbill can aid in a page name being changed if you are savvy with it
