Looking for Mass Twitter account unlocker

Twitter always finds new ways to slow down my botting, now some of my accounts cant tweet or like because they need to do a lot of captchas. In my software (Followliker) all accounts look fine because they can log in and follow and unfollow but they are locked for tweeting and liking. If you are like me running over 100 accounts and need to unlock them by hand it is really time-consuming and worst of all one or two days later they got locked again...
So I Basically need a Tool or software where I can load in all my accounts and check them for any blocks and auto-solve those blocks with a captcha service or Phone verification service. Wats also important is: The software needs to remove the phone numbers from the accounts after because there's a risk twitter will ask again to confirm that phone number witch cant be done.
