If it takes 5 minutes to do 1, that means in 1 hour you can do 12.

At $0.5 each, it comes to $6. Would you work for 6 bucks an hour? (money saved is money earned, but you can never buy back time) The answer will vary from individual to individual.

As for whether it's manual or not, if you've done web 2.0 manually and automatically before, you should be able to tell the difference quite easily... if not, then I'll buy whatever software created it

Go for any freelancer site and create project ..that's best way.

There is no difference if the accounts are created with software or manually (except time consuming). Accounts can get banned either way if you don't clear cache and cookies and change ip before making them, which people often forget about it.

The main reason accounts get banned is because of terrible spammy content. Create the accounts, and wait at least 1 week to post your crappy content. Or invest in real quality content and post as soon as you create the account. It's that simple.

I would also like to know some places where i can get those web 2.0 properties created & posted in a cheap price.Can someone please tell how much will it cost on odesk to create 100 web properties & updating them with fresh content(provided by me) twice a month.I like the way microworkers works but the problem with that site is they don't accept payment through paypal.
