Looking for Manual Commenting Software, Any Suggestions?

Hello, I'm looking for a software platform that will allow the input of a list of links, and spun auto fill sections of the text, so that a commentator only has to read the post and then write the comment body. Scrapebox always crashes when I try to use it, and the old Commenter program that was free seems to cost an insane amount. Hope someone has a good suggestions, as I really need one.

How a "manual" process can be made with a software?

I have something custom built but it doesn't auto fill fields. is more to have all comments done in a mysql database so i can manage and analyze them easily. It is about twice as fast than using excell, but it does nto auto-fill the form. It is a web based app.



Also does periodic checking to find the URL and updates the record in the database so I know which got approved.

If more folks are interested I could turn it into a more professional app and sell it. How much you'd pay for this kind of software and what features you'd want from it?
