Looking for Manga Scrapper for Wordpress or custom Site.?!

Hi. Can someone recommend me manga scrapper which will scrap and auto publish latest mangas on website. i am having hard time finding such scrapper. Manual work is not gonna work for me, it is too much time consuming. Hope someone help me out. Thank you
