Looking for longterm Web Developer / Designer

Hi,

I'm looking for a web developer/designer. I was first looking into a VA service, specifically I tried to get in touch with firstwebpagesearch as they had a service here at one point but couldn't get a hold of them so I'm back looking. A lot of the other prices I've seen online are pretty expensive and do not guarantee the results I'm looking for so this is exactly what I'm looking for essentially:

Let me know if you're capable of doing web work and are looking for a reoccurring customer, I'd rather get familiar with a person/company then having to continually find someone each time I need a website built. Some will be complex others will not be as complex. Time of course doesn't have to be that of full time such as a VA and can be on a per project basis but I would like to have someone available.

I'll also need a portfolio if you'd like to PM me so I can see some of the past work and what to expect.
