Hello. I am looking for a long-term and experienced, active, and dedicated web-designer that would be willing to come on board our team and do various works for me over an extended period of time.

Ideally the web-designer would have the capability to quickly yet efficiently create the following:

Sales Pages
Free Newsletter Email Submit Pages
Community Management Systems
Membership Sites
Login Management Systems
* Also the ability to create user-friendly and efficient sales newsletter templates!

Payment will be discussed with the right candidate. We are willing to discuss either flat fees per project, revshare on certain products, or a 'checkpoint' payment system.
