Looking For Long Lasting JV With Money Making Forum

OK. before any type of bashing occurs I'd like to say that I'm not advertising my forum to get members. There is still a lot of work in progress. What I'm looking for is someone who has the time about 5+ into working on my forum with me and getting things rolling to stack that dough. Somewhat of a highly knowledgeable team. See i know the basic basic stuff like installing scripts, little bit of editing php etc. I'm currently making money slowly but surely with a wide spread of programs i am affiliated with so i know the deal with advertising. I've just been interested in having a forum not just the money because i believe in GREED. anyways to the good stuff.

It's a Really Clean n Sleek forum about money making. I think the traffic would love it.

If and when i have a couple of volunteers probably 5 at the most at which i want to split the profits 50/50. meaning 50% for me and 50% split between the 5 at most could be less which is more for you. Sky's the limit with an active forum. If you would like to take a look please pm me because I'm on a free host and I'm trying to save bandwidth.

What i need from these select few is some one is would be interested in the forum field and can handle moderation along with helping improve the forum with ANY suggestions. A Little black hat knowledge can also help but not required.

don't stay stuck on the 10% even if i get 1 or 2 to work with me that's more money for you. Like i said im in the process of working on my forum. all im really doing is adding forum and catagories along with built in advertising. that's all really..next step would be getting traffic and advertising while try to post valuable info to keep the forum active.

Just a little bit of advice.

A forum is pretty low barrier to entry. The easier it is to duplicate the more you have to give away to prevent others from just cutting you out of the deal.

So give out 80% and the 20% you get to keep will be MUCH more than what you are going to get with the offer of 50/50.

members are a bugger to get and even harder to keep active
