Looking for Local Services Link Exchanges

My company that I own markets and maintains over 700 local service sites that we use to sell leads to our clients. I am looking to make relationships with webmasters that own sites that we could do link trades with. I am willing to get content written to do blog posts on your sites, and do the same with blogs that I have.
