Looking for Loan Offers which don't suck

There are certain loan offers on the market to promote, everyone of them I've encountered are just shitty payday loan sites, and most of them are lacking credibility.

Perhaps this is all thats out there when it comes to online lending, but I"m wondering if anyone knows any better loan offers, such as credit lines, personal loans, etc.

Would be especially nice if some banks actually ran programs. Any tips?
