Looking for LinkedIn Accounts -- IT Managers or Directors

I'm looking for LinkedIn accounts that have 1st connections to 1000+ IT Managers or directors.

This should be the current title, in the US, preferably small to medium business size.

Only looking for a few accounts to start, but could possibly be much more in the future if everything works out as planned.

I can do your criteria but i can't do with connections. I m selling without connection one year old accounts if u need then buzz me .

Keep getting PM's from people that promise me they can do it, but don't fully understand that I need to meet all of the criteria. Currently there is ~16k connections on LinkedIn that meet the criteria in post #9.

More than willing to pay a fair amount of anybody who can get an account that has 1k (or more) of these as first connections.
 
Still looking for this ... I can buy the accounts if needed. All I need somebody to do is manually login and connect with people.

1. Premium LinkedIn account
2. Patience

Or skillz with WebDom 3. I believe that will do it as well.

All depends, I say that because I've found out from different people that there are different start up costs that may be involved -- VPS, Cost of the software if they don't have it, etc. It also depends on the number accounts. So starting out I might only need one or two a week, but once I get things rolling I might need 15-20+ per week.

I still haven't found one person that can do this. Once I find somebody that can confidently do this correctly (using webdom 4 or some other type of automation) there's plenty of money to be made.
