Hey all I'm a software engineer in finance field. Into personal finance, crypto and stonks (wallstreetbets where ya at!). I'd love to meet like-minded people to share investment ideas, code repos and build something together be it just a fun side project or an actual startup. I've ran my own 1-man crypto startup around NFTs (like Wix but for NFT smart contracts and mint web pages) that eventually failed. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and many more ideas I'd love to brainstorm with like-minded people. Fun fact: I beat 98% of users in trading volume in 2023 on one of the popular CEXs.
Fun project examples I thought of (not sure if exists yet, haven't checked):
- discord bot that only allows entry to group or specific channels based on trading activity either on DEX or CEX e.g. if you traded at least 10k USDT in volume in the past 3 months you are allowed in. Sure can be easily spoofed by buying and selling 10k worth of crypto but just an idea.
- bot to monitor DEXes or some other source for when new projects are listed and send alert when certain conditions are met like limited supply, volume and market cap meet threshold. idea is to find some memecoins or interesting projects before they make to the CEXs.
