I don't even know where to begin with this, so I will try to explain what it is I am looking for and see if something like this already exist.....
I basically need a form (squeeze page) and the form will be routed to sales agent according to certain filters or parameters.
Example: There are 5 agents
Customer comes on my website submits a form requesting a service.
The form or lead will route to 1 of 5 agents depending on work queue for that agent.
I know I have seen this somewhere but I do not know where to begin even looking. Is there a wordpress plugin hopefully for this?

I am also looking for someone who is looking to go into a partnership. I have a very good Idea and need a team to get this going.
