Looking for Las Vegas based SEO guidance.

I'm based in Las Vegas and I'm looking for someone who is familiar with black hat and white hat SEO techniques.

I'm a marketing manager in an online gaming business, and I would like someone to give me a 2-4 hour crash course in SEO.

I'm not looking to do the SEO myself, so this can also turn into a gig. Right now though I need a strong overview of what can be done in SEO and why so I can make recommendations in our business.

I do have a previous IT experience so I will be able to understand general concepts in computers etc.
