Looking for keywords to rank short term and long term for my site. Anyone know of a good keyword service for bing, yahoo, and google? Trying to rank for specifically Ohio keywords for my site. Appreciate any help!

Plenty of tools both paid and free are available.
Google keyword planner, market samurai, LTP.....

Do it yourself...

1) Use http://www.xsitemap.com/ to scrape articles titles of top 10+ sites.

2) Clean up and remove duplicates list with http://textmechanic.com/.

3) Slightly change article titles to fit your location or just to make unique.

You will end up with a good list of future blog posts you know should rank.

I found the keywords, found metrics, now I need to figure out how to create a page layout for the keyword. Thank you all for your responses so far.
