Looking for Kamatera alternative - Windows 7/8 RDP hourly rate

Hello,
I'm searching for an alternative to Kamatera where I can order a few Windows 7 or newer RDP instances that allow me to power them off and incur a minimal fee for retention. I need VPS services for use only a few hours each day without losing its data.

Any recommendations?
