Looking For JV Webmaster / Small Investor ($)

I am looking for someone to invest a small bit for a .com domain name and then be a co-webmaster for a Marijuana site that I want to create. The site will contain information on strands of medical marijuana, paraphernalia reviews, affiliate advertisements, etc.. The site will be 100% legal in every way just so there are no troubles. Profits and revenue will be split 50/50. I have web design skills so I will be designing the site without a problem to relate to this sort of niche. I would like to find a webmaster / investor who has some back ground within the Marijuana niche but its not necessary. Please send me a PM or reply in a post if interested.
