looking for jv to do affiliate marketing

Hello,I have approved accounts in many affiliate sites.I have fresh emails,working emails.My affiliate pays good amount.
I selected one offer from one of the affiliate sites.It is a dating offer which pays $3 per lead.
If any one want to JV with me I'm ready.I'm a newbie and I don't know how to promote the offers.

If any one is ready to promote my offer I'm willing to pay 60% to him.

If any one knows how to do promote the offers and if they are ready to invest a little if necessary I'm ready to work with them.

please let me know if i did any mistake.
