I am currently having a web application developed offshore and I am low on funds to hire more qualified workers and get the application finished sooner. This is a largely untapped market which I am entering and no current web service or application does what I am planning to do with mine. I already have a monetization plan integrated in the application. I'd like to hire a new coder and provide more hours so the application can be finished sooner. I am looking at a few thousand in investment and the finishing of the project will take a 3-6 months.
