Looking for Just One Static Private Proxy from Washington, US...

I'm looking for just 1 (one) static Washington proxy to run a Bing
Ads account. Most proxy sellers sell them in pack of 5 or 10 so
I can't buy from them.

Is there any BHW member kind enough to lend me one of their
scraping proxy from Washington?

You won't even notice that I'm there. I log in to my account
at most once a day to check stats + change bids.

If that's not possible, then I can just buy it from you, name your
price. Please be reasonable as you can still use the proxy normally.
You can do anything with it as long as it's not running another Bing
account.
