Looking for IT Support in South Korea – Need mobile network testing for our website

I am looking for an IT guy from South Korea who can help test ($$) our website from a mobile network.

One of the mobile providers has blocked our website, and it’s difficult to test or solve this issue from Europe.

A VPS is not an option, as our website is accessible from there — it’s only blocked on mobile networks.
